Cultural Heritage Due Diligence Assessments

The due diligence assessments include site inspections by archaeologists, desktop research and searches of Aboriginal cultural heritage and historic heritage databases, review of previous ground disturbance, assessment of relevant Duty of Care categories under the Duty of Care Guidelines established under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 and provision of compliance advice to manage cultural heritage obligations for the proposed developments.
