Kingswell Energy Park Due Diligence Assessment

Pacific Green is delivering the Kingswell Energy Park at Ellesmere, a major renewable‑energy initiative featuring a Stand‑alone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), new substation infrastructure and an underground transition line to Halys Substation. To support responsible project delivery, Pacific Green engaged Converge Heritage + Community to undertake an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage due diligence assessment across the project area.

Converge completed targeted desktop research and an on‑ground site assessment to identify cultural heritage values, confirm compliance pathways and minimise project risk. Our work provides Pacific Green with clear, practical guidance to meet obligations under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 and Section 28 of the Duty of Care Guidelines, ensuring the Kingswell Energy Park progresses with confidence, transparency and respect for Country.
